About the Shop
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! However custom orders are only available for a limited time with limited spots. Sign up for our newsletter or follow on instagram for updates when custom order slots are open. When slots are open, you can navigate to the "Request Form" button on the homepage to fill out the Google Form and request a custom order.
I want to buy a case but I don't see any in your store?
Lighter cases are available in batches and are released every 1-2 weeks. Sign up for our newsletter or follow @beauluster on Instagram to see previews of each batch before it's released and get the date/time of the next release.
Can I preorder a product?
Nope, there are no preorders with Beauluster.
What is the string for?
It's called hempwick! It is beeswax covered hemp string and has a lot of benefits! Because it burns at a lower temperature than the direct flame from the lighter, it creates a smoother hit when you smoke your herbs. It also extends the life of your lighter and prevents burnt fingers (and acrylic nails). Most of all, you won't be inhaling the burnt butane gas that comes from the lighter.
Is wholesale available?
Wholesale is only available for our vinyl stickers.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! However, due to COVID-19, international shipments have been severely delayed. For example, shipments to Australia have ranged from 1-2 months to be delivered. Canada, on the other hand, has ranged from 2-3+ weeks for delivery.
How much do the cases cost?
Cases start at $33. This does not include shipping and taxes.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How do I check order status and tracking?
You will receive an automated message from our shop with an order number and order details. When the order has shipped, you will receive tracking info for the order. Stickers are shipped via snail mail, so no tracking is available.
How long does my order take to ship?
Processing times for all products is 1-2 business days. Shipping in the US is 2-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the country the order is being shipped to.
Returns & refunds
Unfortunately we don't accept returns. We can exchange your item for another item, as long as the original product is returned in perfect condition. Once the product is back in inventory, we will proceed with an exchange. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. If a product arrives damaged, we will need photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery. We do not give refunds unless there was a mistake on our end. If a product is damaged after delivery and use, we will not accept exchanges and/or refund the purchase.
Tracking says the item was delivered but I haven't received it yet?
Please check your order and make sure the address entered is correct. If the address you entered is incorrect, it is your responsibility to contact your local USPS location to reroute the package to the correct address. If the address entered for the order IS correct, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the issue together!
What forms of payment does the shop have?
Beauluster accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and payment through your Amazon account. We do not take cash, money orders, or personal checks.
I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, you will have the option to do an exchange or store credit.
